Cajon Park Dedication Ceremony

Cajon Park School Junior High Building

Santee School District has announced that there will be a dedication ceremony for the new Junior High (and 5th/6th grade) building on Thursday, February 12, at 3:00.  The ceremony will be followed by a tour of the new building and the newly-remodeled K-4 classroom buildings.  There will also be a school-wide Open House from 6:00 to 7:30 that evening so teachers can show off their new rooms.  Construction is still continuing on the Library/Media building as well as one classroom building, scheduled to be completed sometime in the spring.

Everyone is invited to come out, since it was the community’s support of Proposition R that provided the money to do the work.  And don’t think Cajon Park is the only school to benefit – construction is ongoing at several other district schools as well.

Cajon Park is located at 10300 N. Magnolia Ave., just a few blocks north of Santana High School.
